PREMIUM PACKAGE

Duration: 2 visits included (with the option to add more, as needed)

Included Elements:

FIRST VISIT

• Installation of all jets and any other components that were removed during the closing service

• Removal of any winterizing components that were installed during the hot tub closing procedure

• Removal of any accumulations of antifreeze originating from the hot tub closing procedure*

• Superficial cleaning of the inside of the hot tub (while it is empty)**

• Activation of the customer's garden hose to begin filling up the hot tub with water at the end of the first visit

SECOND VISIT

• Thorough cleaning of the inside of the hot tub (once it has been filled with water) using a specialized hot tub vacuum, skimming nets and microfiber cloths

• Thorough and personalized balancing of the hot tub's main chemical parameters (pH and bromine or chlorine level only)

Additional Services:

• Application of a specialized degreaser targeting the hot tub's plumbing

• Light cleaning of the filtration cartridges

• Thorough cleaning of the filtration cartridges using a specialized cleaning agent

• Thorough cleaning of each individual jet and headrest

• Application of specialized protectants on each jet and/or headrest

• Thorough cleaning of the hot tub cover

• Application of a high-quality protectant on the hot tub cover

• Application of a mold-resistant product on the hot tub cover

• Cleaning of the hot tub's external side panels (the "skirt")

• Plumbing and/or equipment repair services

• Chemical balancing of more than simply the main parameters (as requested by the customer)

*Please note that the customer has the responsibility of partially filling up the hot tub prior to the date of the first visit of the opening service (the hot tub must be approximately half full) so that the hot tub's pump can be activated in order to ensure that all of the antifreeze can be effectively removed from the plumbing lines. If applicable, the styrofoam support block that was installed during the closing must be removed before adding any water.

**Please note that the use of a garden hose may be required to clean the interior and other parts of the hot tub during the opening. It will also be necessary for the refilling of the hot tub. Thus, the client must ensure that their garden hose is accessible, functional, and reaches their hot tub adequately on the date of the service.
